  • Dissected creative briefs so a clear strategy, creative platform, integrated plan and KPIs were agreed

  • Maximized ROI by building partnerships with third-party vendors, graphic designers, web development agencies, and broadcast talent

  • Spearheaded and managed a team of junior designers and production staff to ensure the desired results

  • Project managed a range of creative campaigns of up to £150k budgets, meeting strict turnaround schedules and coordinating junior members.

Design & Delivery
  • Strategically art directed and produced meaningful campaigns which directly addressed each client's business problem. Also ensuring tactical execution for Hotwire’s portfolio
    of B2B/B2C clients both in
    Continental Europe

  • Directed and created work for award nominated global campaigns, including Qualcomm’s ‘Leading The World to 5G’ campaign and the Best Use of Data & Creativity for Headspace for Work the B2B awards

  • Hotwire’s UK in-house brand lead - notably created and rolled out two Hotwire re-brands in 2017 and  2020. The most recent supported an ambitious growth plan and positioned Hotwire as a pre-eminent global tech consultancy.

Agency Growth & Culture
  • Reported on business impact against set KPIs, and provided counsel to meet organic growth targets

  • Lead on pitch creative, securing Hotwire multiple new clients (GoCardless, Vodafone, Headspace, Avanade)

  • Completed the Enero Advance Leadership Program: An intensive 7-module program that empowers leaders to be the best they can be

  • Maximized ROI by building partnerships with third-party vendors, graphic designers, web development agencies, and
    broadcast talent

  • Developed in-house training programmes for Hotwire’s internal teams on various creative services, the Hotwire brand, skills and processes

  • Worked with the Creative Director on streamlining creative team - implemented processes to ensure productivity, creative impact, high level team culture
    and connection.

Designer (August 2014-August 2015) 
Overview of responsibilities

Worked with the Senior Designer to develop storyboards and conceptual designs for digital online advertising campaigns for well-known global consumer brands such as Dior, Ben & Jerry’s, Cadburys, Sony, Mercedes and L’Oreal.
